The facts remain same only perception changes…

Everyday I go to gym. When instructor is not around then I take charge and give proper instructions to people if they ask. Since two days, I got little irritated by one fellow who come to Gym. I have been telling him the sequence of exercises but he waits for my inputs. My irritation was because I could not do my workout properly.
Today morning I asked him “why do not you come little late around 7am for workout so that the instructor will guide you.” He replied “Ma’m I have school at 8 o’clock”. By his reply I felt bad. That chap is in 10th std. His physical appearance deceived me. I thought that he must be working in a company. And my perception has changed, my behavior changed totally. And then I started explaining him the gym instruments and exercises. Because he is a kid, he needs guidance and support.
I wondered how the perception play role in human behavior.

The facts remain same only perception changes…

Human body loves routine…

I asked my friend to have lunch with us. He told me that I had heavy breakfast. He had four ‘Aloo parath’s’ one glass of milk, one hand full of cashew nuts and 10 pista, after his workout. I was surprisingly looking at him because he wants to put on weight which he lost few kgs in last few months.
Before you take any steps related to your health. First and foremost understands our body. What body needs, understand what it is saying? Its very true that we are having tight schedule, deadlines in office, house but body is not machine its human body which will react if we wont take care properly.
Our human body loves schedule. For example if we eat at particular time then it will ask for food at that time. If we sleep at particular time, our eyes will get that signal. Our body will be happy and stay long if we would provide what it requires at a particular point.
The saying goes like ‘Eat like a princess in the morning, Eat like a servant in the afternoon, Eat like a beggar in the night.’ The saying is very true but its better not to take things as it is. Heavy breakfast does not mean that we skip lunch or dinner.

Please do not skip lunch or dinner just for the sake of lose or gain weight. Always remind your self that body loves routine then only it will act else it will react.

Am I deserved for this meal?

When I was in 9th Std I had one thought if I will not help my grandmother at home then I will not deserve the meal. I do not know who taught me this but it became routine for me. And now it becomes habit.

Two days back I was damn tired and did not feel working anymore.

  • Walking on the road I saw handicap boy was carrying full of water bucket. Then I realized how come I can get tired with strong body.
  • When I remembered farmers slog under hot sun. Then how come I get tired with all facilities in life.
  • When I see old man pushing cart for earning few rupees. I am too young to get tired then how come I allow that tiredness.
  • The most inspirational Nature’s creation ‘Trees’ they never get tired standing in all seasons. Then how come I?

It’s true that human body needs rest. But I have work to get my deserving meal J

It hurts me…

My friend Seema was frustrated I asked her the reason. She told me that her daughter’s admission rejected in Gitanjali School for Junior KG just because in the interview she did not say thank you. Even I got irritated by listening to her.
How ridiculous? How can anybody play with somebody’s future just for the stupid reason? And on top of that Seema told me her daughter’s yearly fees is 1 lakh. Then I was really shocked.
What kind of business is it? These schools are taking interview for the junior KG admission but what for? If a kid knows everything then why the hell we need schools?
I am strongly against of this system which leads nowhere. If schools basic principles are not right, if school is doing business then I don’t think so they can create bright future of children.
Every child is unique. School is the most beautiful place in child’s life. Where s/he can learn, play, dance, sing poems, hear stories, talk and hold teacher’s hand.

How will child survive here? In this world, will s/he loose his/her own identity? Will s/he able to find his/her in born talent?
